For the past five months, I’ve been sharing my story (here and there) about living with chronic anxiety. And the phobias attached to it. But instead of continuing to blog about my struggles, I decided to take my words and put them into a series of vlogs. A four-part series titled: Anxiously Hopeful.
You can watch the first video below where I talk about when and how the chronic anxiety began. Including the phobias. And how they have affected my life.
Before you click on Vlog #1, I want to give a shout-out to my friends Deanna (aka Farm Girl Homesteading) and Breathing Words. A few months ago I had asked them what they wanted to see me create, and they voted on videos concerning anxiety. So after making them wait, way too long, I finally found the time to honor their request.
To my surprise, there are SO many people who struggle with mental and emotional issues. It’s comforting to know that I’m NOT alone. And neither are you. Hope you’ll find the vlogs informative and encouraging.
Never lose HOPE: Romans 15:13
Very powerful and moving story, thanks for sharing! ❤ I have anxiety as well, and when it gets really bad I can’t leave the property without having an anxiety attack. There are some times when going for a simple walk down the road makes me feel like I want to throw up, and other times when I can go to a whole other country and be just fine.. Makes no sense to me! 😛
