I totally recommend giving this series a chance. Especially if you like good versus evil, demon hunting/slaying, witty characters, lots of bantering, sweet teenage romance and yummy food. Lollipops, in particular. Don’t ask, you’ll just have to read the books for yourself. LOL! Armor-Bearer (Book two in The Chronicle of the Three.) Book Review: Bloodline by Tabitha Caplinger (Book One.)
Besides blogging, I LOVE reading-fiction, nonfiction, blog posts…And this morning it dawned on me to share my book reviews. Both old and new. Thinking, hoping, you’ll find a book (or two) that’ll capture your interest. On that topic, if you’d like me to continue posting book reviews, possibly vlogging about them, please let me know inContinue reading “Book Review: Bloodline by Tabitha Caplinger (Book One.)”
Fellow writers, I got something for ya!
Hi, friends It’s been a while since I’ve posted. And I’m sorry. My family and I moved into a new home and we’ve been busy for the past month or so. Anyhow, now that we’re comfortably settled (for now), I woke up with a felt need to share something I’m pretty sure will benefit you. When itContinue reading “Fellow writers, I got something for ya!”
Will it Ever Stop? (Living with Chronic Anxiety.)
It is such a relief that many have now become aware of the importance concerning one’s mental and emotional well-being. And not just the body. Pour out all your worries and stress upon him and leave them there, for he always tenderly cares for you. 1 Peter 5: 7-9 (TPT.) Anxiously Hopeful (New Vlog Series.)
For the past five months, I’ve been sharing my story (here and there) about living with chronic anxiety. And the phobias attached to it. But instead of continuing to blog about my struggles, I decided to take my words and put them into a series of vlogs. A four-part series titled: Anxiously Hopeful. You can watch the firstContinue reading “Anxiously Hopeful (New Vlog Series.)”
End of 2019 (Updates & Another Freebie.)
I know…it’s been a while. The past couple weeks were pretty busy. A Winter Showcase (that our teenage daughter was a part of) and a full week of festivities were the reasons why. Games, food, and movies were enjoyed with family and friends. Whether it’s a holiday, a special occasion, a weekend, or everyday life…these are my favoriteContinue reading “End of 2019 (Updates & Another Freebie.)”
To Write or Not to Write.
The thought, can I write a book? never crossed my mind until the year 2008. The year I was taking classes through Liberty University. One day, as I was finishing up an assignment, my passion to become a counselor (associate of arts in Christian psychology) was unexpectedly carried away as if by a flood. After that, a blusterous windContinue reading “To Write or Not to Write.”
Bitter Roots. Unfruitful Branches. (Toxicity of the Soul.)
It wasn’t until a few years ago when God exposed the heart of my issues. With His illuminating light, He showed me the internal branches (the toxic thoughts and emotions) that needed to be cut off and thrown into the fire. But His light kept shining, finding its way deeper and deeper until it reached the essenceContinue reading “Bitter Roots. Unfruitful Branches. (Toxicity of the Soul.)”
